Happy Customers with Scott
When we retired as teachers in Anchorage, Alaska and moved to the Tuolumne home we had owned for 13 years, we knew it would require a complete renovation to suit our needs. We’d thought long and hard about what we wanted and needed to do for many years.

Ours was a complex project involving structural modification to a forty year-old home. Some of the challenges we faced included removing and replacing walls to enlarge the kitchen and upstairs bathroom, adding and covering a front door, replacing all windows and interior doors and solving foundation drainage issues.

Scott Adair and his crew helped us create a beautiful new/old home that we can now live in comfortably and proudly for many years to come.  Scott listened, advised, and problem-solved with us on many difficult structural and aesthetic issues. Our project was competed in a timely fashion and to the highest standards.

Having been a contractor for many years in the Sonora area, Scott is knowledgeable about local contractors and suppliers. All of the craftspeople that worked on our home were skilled professionals.  We especially want to recognize Scott’s carpenters, Lee Small and Dwayne Ragan. From demo to finish work, these men repeatedly amazed us with their carpentry skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Overall, we could not have been more satisfied with our experience working with Scott and with the results of our renovation project. We would highly recommend contractor Scott Adair without reservation for any construction project large or small.
